Oscar Health, Inc. (“Oscar”) is a publicly traded, technology-driven health insurance provider operating in approximately 20 states with over 2 million members and billions in annual revenue. Unbeknownst to users, Oscar integrates third-party tracking technologies, including software development kits (“SDKs”) and APIs from Amplitude Inc., which allegedly intercept and transmit users' information in real time. Oscar also utilizes Tapad, an identity-resolution service owned by Experian, which enables cross-device user identification with high accuracy.
